All with confirmation of the services, generation and dispatch of all the documents instantly.

So not the Tour Operator that program its destinations, contracts and publics seasonally a bounch of products and it manages them through a centralizing structure, but a product to 360 degrees , renewed every time is necessary, with a structure totally decentralized on every single destination or area, managed by those people that live the product every day and therefore they can answer in real time to every demand, those that we define the Incoming Partners or rather the Receptive Agencies.

The Incoming are in fact in the most part of the cases, the " alter ego " of the Tour Operator in every destination programmed. The importance to have an efficient Incoming is in fact shown that in the times the principal tourist groups have purchased or they have become partners with the Incoming Agencies in their top destinations.
